Description
Full Wash Green Bean (Wet Hulling) also known as the wet process is one of the post-harvest processes that can be selected first by soaking it in water, the floating fruit will be discarded, and the sinking will be processed further. The coffee fruit is lubricated using a pulper, then the outermost layer of skin is removed, and the seeds with their sap are then fermented in water for one or two days. Then the seeds are washed from the sap and after that, they can emit aroma.
